How Do You Feel?

“How do you feel?” seems like such a simple question, but in 2020, nothing is as simple as it seems.

As a child feelings moved through your day as lightly as a breeze, and every day brought lots of feelings. But somehow as adults, we get attached to feelings and they stay, or we try to hold onto them instead of enjoying them or being done with them.

If you’re not sure what you’re feeling on any given day or at any given moment, here are some questions I use in my practice to help clients identify what they feel.

*What am I craving in life right now?

*How is my sleep?

*What’s inspiring me at the moment?

*What am I excited to do/see/experience when the world returns to safety?

*What’s the first thing I think about in the morning?

Working through your feelings and really knowing what you’re feeling can help you really enjoy life more and more.
