There’s a sense of hope, and expectation, and looking ahead that comes with the close of the old year, and the dawning of the new one. But for 2021 there’s a sense of nervous energy as well. Is it politics? Is it sports? Is it coronavirus? 2020 was a hell of a year. Maybe it’s all of it. And maybe it’s completely normal.
Don’t be hard on yourself if you feel unsettled at the changing of the year, and as the days progress. Try meditating to bring some calmness to your soul, and practice taking deep breaths to fully immerse yourself in the present moment.
